Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT) was created by
Jason Ray Brown, LMT, E-RYT500 as a platform to offer educational opportunities for yoga teachers and other movement professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, kinesiology, common injuries and the anatomy of yoga asana. Our 3-part signature series, as well as the smaller workshops we offer, are geared toward both aspiring and experienced yoga teachers but we also welcome sincere yoga students, other movement professionals, and anyone else with a desire to learn more about musculoskeletal anatomy.
