Always seeking to deepen his understanding of the body, Jason has completed continuing education courses in personal training with Vincent Mezzo, clinical orthopedic manual therapy with Joseph Muscolino, neuromuscular therapy with Jeff Mahadeen, and prenatal and postpartum massage with Susan Rachel Condron. He is currently toward certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Lynda Sing, RYT500
ASFYT Graduate & Administrative Assistant
ASFYT Graduate & Administrative Assistant
A professional dancer for many years and a lover of movement, Lynda fell in love with yoga for the physical benefits and slowly became curious about the spiritual aspects of yoga during her 15 years as a practitioner. This curiosity lead her to complete her 200 hour certification with Prana Yoga Teacher’s College, her 300 hour certification at the Zenyasa Yoga & Wellness Studio, and a pre-natal certification with Carrie Parker Gesalu. She did a deep study of anatomy and kinesiology with Jason Ray Brown in his 108 hour Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT) program and, in addition brings her knowledge of 20+ years of movement, the body, and injury prevention into her teaching. She continues to broaden her knowledge and is currently studying meditation, nutrition, and neuroplasticity. She loves sharing her findings and ruminations in an accessible and down to earth way and aspires to enrich the lives of those she teaches with mindfulness and compassionate connection.
